Rock

This article is about the object. For the military weapon, see Rock (music).

A rock is, well, just a rock. Rocks are made up of rock, which is, um, just rock. The whole world is made of rock, and rocks are all around us. Most people take rocks for granted, but, well, they are just rocks. If a rock is really soft, it is called a sponge. If a rock is really hard, it is called hard rock. Cavemen used rocks to make practically everything, such as beds, drinking cups, spoons and forks, paintbrush bristles, fire, TV, and windows. Our modern generation is much smarter, as we build everything out of plastic.

Uses

Like I said, most all things these days are made of plastic and rubber. But there is one notable use for rocks, and that is for making rock walls. Rock walls are walls made out of rock that people enjoy climbing. It is not understood why people enjoy climbing on a big rock. The task is probably considered an enormous feat and is peformed to show-off, but there is really no point because it only becomes impressive when you are a hundred feet in the air, and at that point no one can see you anymore.

Controversy

Even though rocks can be lots of fun, they have some major drawbacks. Being very hard, rocks have been known to cause injuries in little children. Indiana Jones, after getting chased by a merciless boulder, founded the "Rocks SUK!" club, an organization dedicated to expressing their negative feelings about rocks. Other victims of boulder chases (see pic) have found satisfaction in joining the club.
